Whether you need your reverse dive or full-out, these open gyms are designed for divers of all ages and abilities to work on their goal dives. Divers will experience being pulled in our dryland belts and also have the opportunity to practice safety skill & drills on trampoline and dryboard. In the afternoon, divers will practice their goal dives in the water. Our pool has 1m & 3m water belts. The pool also has a bubble system for new dives.

Check-In

RipFest Dryland Center- 108 South Olive Street, Arcadia, IN 46030

-Enter Door 1 of the grey pole barn

-Please arrive between 9:45am and 9:55am to check in to begin open gym at 10:00am

-Please remember to upload or bring your USA Diving membership and additional paperwork found above in the "Supplemental Forms" section to check in. Athletes will not be permitted on the equipment until all forms and USA Diving membership has been collected. 

-Please note- parents are welcome to stay and watch, but we do not provide seating in the dryland center and parents may not step onto the gymnastics floor or sit on any equipment. 

-Equipment- gymnastic floor, 16 dryboards, 12 trampolines, dryboard belts, tower belts, trampoline belts, tower, foam pit, video relay system

 Check-Out

Hamilton Heights High School- 25802 State Road 19, Arcadia, IN 46030

-Enter Door i of the high school. This is a single, brown door located next to the entrance of the football field. 

-Parents are welcome to attend the water practice and sit in the stands. We will end the practice at 4:00pm and release athletes to parents. 

-Equipment- two 1-meter springboards, 2 3-meter springboards, 1-meter water belt, 3-meter water belt, bubble system, water stations, video relay system

Lunch

Lunch will not be provided. Please bring a sack lunch to eat before getting in the water. 

Transportation

RipFest will offer transportation to the water section of the open gym if needed. Athletes can also drive to the water practice.

Housing

Please email darek@ripfest.net if you are interested in housing the night before or the night after the open gym session. We can offer housing at $25/athlete per night. Housing is required to be purchased when you arrive and can only be paid in CASH. Adult, overnight supervision will be available. Please bring your own food as we will not be providing food.
